Pizza Rolls

I love pizza, it can be served hot, cold or a day old and I will still be asking for the last slice. I don't claim that this is an original Drizzlesdomain recipe, but I did discover it all on my own. I don't know if a lot of people will call this a pizza since it is being fried, but hey, I'm calling it a pizza roll because it's just as yummy.

You will need:
6 slices of bread (it can be white, brown, whole wheat, ect)
6 slices of cheese (or you can use grated cheese, it will melt better)
1/2 cup peppers (or more depending on how much you like it)
Rolling pin
Chopping board
Bread knife
Egg (beaten)
Egg brush
Bread crumbs
Oil
Frying pan
Fork

Method:

Start by cutting off the crust of the bread.
Roll each slice of bread till it has no puff (air) left and its basically flat.
Lay out the cheese slice and add peppers and one end of the bread, but not near the edger's. (If you are using grated cheese lay in on the edge like you did with the peppers in the middle of the bread.)
Roll up your bread starting with the end where you lay out your peppers.
At the end of the bread, brush your egg on and stick it close and press the sides close. (I would advise to use fresh bread as older bread will fall apart and not stick so easily together.)
Dip the rolled up bread in the egg and give it a good shake in the bread crumbs
Heat your oil to a high heat, I filled my pan with enough oil to fry the crumbs not cover the roll as I don't want the bread sucking the oil.
Place one in at a time because the oil is hot and the crumbs will turn golden brown quickly I used a fork to turn it over.
If the cheese is not melted as it was too quick in the oil pop it in the microwave for 30 or less seconds.
Bon Appétit
